Darold Cherry – Darold is the C.E.O. and Founder of Raptor Controls.  He is also the Founder of Texas Highway Products located in Austin, Texas.  Darold has been working in the traffic industry for over 35 years and is a respected expert and well-known leader in the industry.  He started his career with Eagle Traffic Signals in Davenport, Iowa and relocated to Austin, Texas with Eagle in 1976.  His experience has been in sales and support of traffic signal and control equipment including traffic signal controllers and cabinets, signal heads and hardware, and detection systems (loop detectors, video systems, microwave detectors).

Jeff Campbell – Jeff is the company’s President.  Jeff earned a B.S.E.E. from Old Dominion University and a M.S.E.E. from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he also performed advanced graduate work in Physics, including earning an M.S. degree in Physics.  Jeff has over 20 years of industry experience including starting his career at Texas Instruments, and most recently as the Vice President of Engineering at Optek Technology.  His experience has been in the development of optoelectronic, communication, and sensing technologies for military, industrial, and commercial applications.

Sharon Campbell – Sharon is the company’s Vice President.  Sharon earned a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a M.S. degree in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Southern Methodist University.  Sharon has over 10 years of industry experience including working for Erricson and Texas Highway Products.  Her experience has been in marketing, training, and management for the telecommunications and traffic industries.

Fidel Garza – Fidel is the company's Field Operations Manager. Fidel has over 20 years of traffic signal experience. Fidel is also Field Operations Manager for Texas Highway Products where he has worked since early 2000. Fidel has expertise in all areas of signal construction and operation, including systems integration.
